THE GUEST WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RESERVATION IF THE CANCELATION IS DONE 72HS BEFORE SCHEDULED CHECK IN. OTHERWISE, AS IN ANY HOTEL, THE GUEST HAS TO PAY FOR THE FIRST NIGHT.

WE ACCEPT ONE SMALL PET PER APARTMENT (IT MUST NOT WEIGH MORE THAN 5 KILOS). WE ALSO REQUEST A GUARANTEE OF USD 50 AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, AS A GUARANTEE FOR DAMAGES. THE AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT CHECK OUT, AFTER VERIFYING THE APARTMENT IF NO DAMAGE IS FOUND. YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF CLEANING THE PET'S WASTE. PETS CANNOT REMAIN IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING, SUCH AS THE LOBBY, THE TERRACE AND THE BASEMENT.
